For international shipping, we only accept returns or exchanges for items damaged during handling. To start the process, you will need to provide documentation as proof. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
Refund policy
Refunds are accepted only in cases where damage occurs during our handling or logistical processes. Our refunds policy allows for a 14-day window from the date your order is marked as delivered from the logistic service system. A valid receipt or proof purchase is required for all refunds.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We regret to inform you that we are unable to process refunds for products simply due to a change in customer preference.
Refund Policy for Non-Receipt:
If a customer claims they never received their order despite it being marked as delivered, we will investigate the matter as appropriate.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
