- Manufacturing defects in product purchased only through our official eCommerce platform.
- Item that arrives damaged due to transit issues. Claim settlement is at the discretion of the delivery agent.
- Expired product upon arrival.
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear, including packaging damage after delivery.
- Product that has been misused, heavily overused, improperly stored, or altered in any way.
- Allergic reactions, irritations or personal dissatisfaction with product performance.
- Change of mind.
Claim Process:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:
1. Report the issue within 14 days of receiving the product.

Resolution & Processing Time:

- If approved, replacements or store credits will be processed within 14 business days.
- If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
