Warranty & Claim Policy

At Cute Press, we are committed to providing high-quality cosmetic products. We stand behind the integrity of our products and offer a warranty and claim policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines regarding warranty coverage and the claims process.

Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in product purchased only through our official eCommerce platform.
  • Item that arrives damaged due to transit issues. Claim settlement is at the discretion of the delivery agent.
  • Expired product upon arrival.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, including packaging damage after delivery.
  • Product that has been misused, heavily overused, improperly stored, or altered in any way.
  • Allergic reactions, irritations or personal dissatisfaction with product performance.
  • Change of mind.

Claim Process:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

1. Report the issue within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Provide the following details with our support team:

    • Order number
    • Product name and batch number (if applicable)
    • Clear photos and videos of the issue
    • A brief description of the problem

3. Our team will assess the claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Resolution & Processing Time:

  • Claims will be reviewed within 7 business days of submission.
  • If approved, replacements or store credits will be processed within 14 business days.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
  • We reserve the right to finalize what kind of compensation there will be.
